Berlin, March 19, 2025 - We are absolutely thrilled with the overwhelming response to Cockpit LIght, and it’s fantastic to see the trade press already reporting on it. The booking figures are looking great and show that we have successfully created a valuable interim solution until you can access our familiar Cockpit platform once again.
Currently, we are working tirelessly to send out all invoices that have accumulated due to technical limitations and to ensure collection via SEPA direct debit. The backlog from last week is quite substantial and can only be processed gradually due to the enormous amount of data. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.
We are confident that we will be able to restore the full scope of our services very soon. You can rest assured that once this happens, we will inform you promptly.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

We would like to remind all customers who use a GDS that our ticketing processes are running without limitations.
Berlin, March 12, 2025 - As already reported, AERTiCKET was the victim of a targeted cyber attack on Sunday, March 9, 2025, which caused significant technical failures. Among other things, the Cockpit booking system, which is used for processing bookings and reservations, is affected by these restrictions.
Since the attack, AERTiCKET's IT experts have been working around the clock to minimize the effects and develop alternative solutions. As a first measure, all agencies of the AERTiCKET Group will be provided with a temporary booking option. This alternative platform, called “Cockpit Light”, is expected to go online in the coming days and enable agencies to make bookings again.
At the same time, AERTiCKET is working closely with a team of external experts to fully resolve the disruption and restore the original Cockpit booking system. The security and integrity of the systems are the top priority.
All customers of the AERTiCKET Group in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and worldwide are regularly informed about the progress of the measures. AERTiCKET is confident that the applications can be gradually restarted and that normal operations can be resumed soon.
We thank our customers for their patience and understanding in these challenging times and assure them that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
